Adam's News Digest - The Latest Team News From Adam Larson Racing

With sub-zero temperatures and piles of snow on top of ice in Iowa, it doesn’t feel like race season is
ever going to get here, but the calendar tells a different story.
In addition to building my new business I have managed some time to work on racecars this winter too. I
have been helping a friend update his modified for the upcoming season, and I’m going to drive the car
for him when time and schedule permits. My Late Model is in Texas still getting some work done to it by
Paul Cook Racing and I look to pick it up in the next couple weeks.
Street and Off Road sold lots of ATV’s, Scooters and Dirt bikes at Christmas time and I have some very
responsible employees at my two stores, so that should allow me to enter most of the events that I want
to this race season.
I only have a couple IMCA engines for the modified so I will be sticking to events where horsepower will
not be a huge factor, which will include some of the frost buster events around the Midwest, some
weekly IMCA shows before the season starts for the Late Model, and selected IMCA specials throughout
the season.
As for the Late Model, I have plans to follow the IMCA Deery Bros. Summer Series, and compete weekly
at The Iowa State Fair Speedway on Friday nights, and The Hamilton County Speedway on Saturday nights.
I have some new sponsors that have come on board for the 2008 season and many returning from last
season. Lynn’s Car Wash of Ames will be keeping both cars clean in between race nights and Fast track
Graphics will be wrapping both cars for the upcoming season. Check out my sponsor page for all of the
sponsors that are contributing to our 2008 campaign.
Hopefully the snow will melt and we can start slinging some mud very soon, I know I am ready!
Adam
