Adam's News Digest - The Latest Team News From Adam Larson Racing

The weather is starting to heat up and so has the action around the dirt tracks in Iowa. It has been a
great first half of the racing season for us as we have continued to rack up feature wins and top 3
finishes.
We have managed to pull off 2 more wins at Marshalltown and with the car counts getting lower at
Webster City, we decided to switch things up and race where there is a full field of cars in Boone. That
decision has turned out to be a good one as we won 2 in a row and last Saturday made it to the lead and
got turned sideways with a handful of laps left but still came home 2nd. It feels like this car is working
better then everybody else’s at that track, so I am getting excited for the Super Nationals in September.
I still have been kept out of victory lane at the Buena Vista Raceway in Alta. I skipped a couple nights
there, and the last night I was there the track was super rough and I was leading the feature when I hit a
rut like a brick wall with 4 laps to go and lost the lead but came to the line 2nd again.
The rain has kept us home quite a few nights at Marshalltown and Alta but hopefully as we get deeper
into the summer, the clouds will stay away, and the tracks will get the ruts smoothed out and slicked up. I
am also excited for my friend Jeremy Mills who I just watched pick up his 11th and 12th feature wins last
night at Mason City to pad his IMCA National Points lead in the Modifieds.
The next big event for us will be the Harris Clash in Knoxville coming up on Tuesday July 7th. It should
be an awesome race and with a little luck, I feel like we have one of the cars to beat this year.
